Artur Dmitriev:

Artur Valeryevich Dmitriev (b. Jan 21, 1968, Bila Tserkva) is an Honored Master of Sports of the USSR (1992), Soviet and Russian figure skater. He was the first man to win the Olympics with two different partners.

Two-time Olympic pairs champion (1992 with N. Mishkutenkova; 1998 with O. Kazakova), silver medalist in 1994, two-time World Champion (1991, 1992), and three-time European Champion (1991, 1992, 1996).
